HIIT Workout with Regymen Fitness
Our Summer Sweat Series continues through August!
We're teaming up with our friends from Regymen Fitness for a FREE HIIT style workout session for our Summer Sweat Series.

Class sizes are limited to 25 people so be sure to pre-register through our Eventbrite link above. Evenbrite link will close 2 hours before the start of each event.
Please bring a towel, workout mat and water. All participants will be asked to sign waivers to take part in the activity. Please make sure to maintain at least 6 feet of distance from others while taking part in the workout and wear your mask when arriving and leaving.
